Terms of reading.

C-Point Labs is the only seller. Seller address, KvK and VAT number must be configured before launch and appear on paid-order receipts. We do not hold funds for third parties. Mollie is the only payment provider.

What you buy

Reports are curated research, not validation, financial advice, guaranteed demand or a promise of business results. Evidence is incomplete and source links can disappear. A free account can claim one designated sample once. A single purchase unlocks that report; bundles provide non-expiring report credits; an active subscription grants access to all published reports. Downloaded copies carry your account ID, not your email.

Prices and subscriptions

Prices are in EUR including 21% VAT. The checkout states the selected price and billing interval. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly unless canceled in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the paid period ends. Failed renewals have a three-day grace period. Credits do not expire in this version. Retired or removed reports may cease to be available for source-rights reasons; contact us about a remedy.

Immediate access, withdrawal and refunds

Before paying for immediate digital access, you must explicitly request immediate access and acknowledge loss of the withdrawal right once access starts. Consent is recorded per order. Statutory conformity and other mandatory consumer rights remain. Contact hello@c-pointlabs.com for a faulty report or refund request. Refunds revoke the associated access or unused credits. No blanket exclusion of statutory remedies is intended.

Use and disputes

Use the report for your own research; do not redistribute customer-watermarked copies or claim source material as your own. Source licences and third-party rights remain. Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their place of residence. Contact C-Point Labs first for a complaint.
